Thank you to everyone who visited us at SMM Hamburg 2024! It was a great opportunity to showcase our latest innovations and solutions to the maritime industry. We look forward to the upcoming challenges and partnerships!

Polar 1

The first deliveries for the Brazilian Navy Research Vessel „POLAR 1" have been made. Estalleiro Jurong Aracruz together with Singaporean company Sembcorp Marine signed the contract with the Brazilian government in 2022.
It will have the capacity to navigate both in the most recent ice formation and in the oldest ice shelves, which have greater resistance.
The ship is scheduled to be delivered in 2025.

Multi-purpose vessels Scharhörn, Mellum, Neuwerk

In September 2024, we began fitting out the first newbuild.
The LNG-powered ships will be fitted with a galley with H2 hygiene equipment.
The second hull has now also arrived in Lemwerder.

Meko Ship 4 - Al Jabbar

Finally the fourth vessel – the Al Jabbar – is launched in Alexandria, Egypt at Alexandria Shipyard & Co.
IT completes a series of four MEKO A-200 Class Frigates, three of which were built in Bremerhaven, Germany by tkMs.

NB 8050 Customs boat NB 8050 "Rügen"

The 67 metre long multi-guard ship is the flagship of the German General Customs Directorate.
The furnishings and equipment for the galley, the provision room and the laundry were manufactured, supplied and installed by us.

SVK „Stollergrund“ NB 8020

Up to 23 crew members have to be catered for on the "Seeversuche Küste" measuring boat.
The galley is small but equipped with first-class equipment from our company.
The store area with 4 refrigerators and freezers and the laundry with a modern washer/dryer combination round off our service package.

MY "JAG" / Lürssen Schacht-Audorf

To ensure that all guests on the outside decks of the 122-metre-long new building can be well catered for, we supplied and installed a special grill in addition to barrel coolers, ice cube makers and numerous refrigerators.

Meko Ship 3 - Al-Qadeer

Al-Qadeer, which is the name of the third vessel, handed over to the Egyptian Navy on the 15th of December 2023 in Bremerhaven, Germany.
The name Al-Quadeer stands for „capable".
A fourth vessel is under construction in Alexandria, Egypt expected to be finished by 2024

Meko Ship 2 - Al-Qahhar

tkMs has handed over the second of four Frigates to the Egyptian Navy. The ship belongs to the MEKO A-200 Class and was christened "AL-QAHHAR".

MIZA - NB 729

The new building no. 729 – MIZA at the German ship yard Nobiskrug stand for a 70m long Luxury Yacht. Following ist highly attractive exterior and appearance, one can be confident that a lot of passion and technical knowledge was spent into designing the interior areas.

NB 8400 Federal Police "Neustadt"

The crew of the 86-meter newbuild for the Federal Police fleet is pleased with the professional galley. The delivery package also included the serving areas in the mess, as well as the laundry facilities.

WSV „Suction Dredger“ Osteriff

Good things come to those who wait.
The galley on board the suction dredger, which is currently still at Blohm & Voss, has been installed and is ready for operation. The laundry and galley are also finished and are now waiting to be taken over by the crew.

Houseboat "Knurrhahn"

The galley of the houseboat, which is used as temporary accommodation for on-call services, has been refurbished. Furniture has been replaced and added.
The new centrepiece is the 2700 mm long cold/warm serving counter for serving meals to the soldiers.

SVK „Kalkgrund“ NB 8010

The first of two new builds for the WTD71.
The "Seeversuche Küste" (coastal sea trials) measuring boat has to cater for up to 23 crew members.
The galley is small but equipped with first-class equipment from our company.
The store area with 4 refrigerators and freezers and the laundry with a washer/dryer combination round off our service package.

MY „Lady Moura“

The superyacht, built in 1990 by Blohm und Voss in Hamburg, was fitted with a state-of-the-art new cooking block and a new scullery during a lay-up in Barcelona.

Meko Ship 1 - Al-Aziz

After only 38 months of building time the first Frigate is being handed over to the Egyptian Navy. The Multipurpose Corvette of tkMss' MEKO A-200 Class is the first of four frigates tkMs delivers tot he Egyptian Navy. The fourth vessel is supposed to be built in Alexandria, Egypt.
The vessel was named Al-Aziz

FRS Halunderjet

Seven new refrigerated counters have been installed on board, ensuring that passengers are always well taken care of on the way to Helgoland.

NB784 SEAROAD

The Australian shipping company attaches great importance to first-class catering for guests on board the LNG ferry.

We fulfil this requirement with our Caravelle Line.

MY „Nurja“

The galley and pantry on the catamaran yacht were completely refitted.
In addition to a new cooking block, all the stainless steel furniture was replaced and an extractor bonnet with integrated air supply was renewed.
Of course, a latest-generation combi-steamer was also included.

Commissioning: 2021 - Submarine Dolphin II Class

Crocodile, monster and dragon - these are the names of the second batch of the Dolphin II class for the Israeli Navy. As with the first lot, we are equipping these special submarines with special cooking systems that not only enable catering in the tightest of spaces, but also set standards in terms of safety and durability. This is only possible by having all the certificates required for the military sector.

Federal police boats

The three federal police boats "Bamberg, Bad Düben and Potsdam" were designed and realized in close cooperation with the crew and the shipyard. Work safety and ergonomics are a special challenge for the kitchen equipment due to the demanding maneuvers.

Research vessel ATAIR II

We are pleased that the survey, wreck search and research vessel ATAIR II relies on quality from our company.
Our sustainable solutions according to MARPOL support the environmentally oriented operation of the ship.
Of course, the galley is also designed for waste minimization and energy efficiency.

MY Artefact

An extravagant ship requires a special kitchen. We are proud to have met the requirements by working in close cooperation with the architects to create a kitchen for the owner that allows the chef to meet and exceed a high culinary level.

Multipurpose corvette Israel Navy

A long-term project of four ships has reached an important milestone: The project, which has been intensively planned since 2016, has now taken shape. The INS Atzmaut and INS Nitzachon were handed over to the customer and are equipped with galley equipment from Bohnhoff, which take the customer's special culinary requirements into account.
It was particularly important for the Israeli Navy to have a partner with many years of international experience. Ships three and four are to be handed over to the customer before the end of 2021.

Rescue vessel SB-742

In May 2019, Zvezdochka Shipyard delivered the sixth ship of its class. The 57m-long rescue vessel, as well as its five sister ships, rely on a galley from Bohnhoff. A total of ten units are planned.

MY Elandess

This 74,5m yacht with eight cabins for guests and owner impresses with clear lines - both in the exterior and in the interior. We were able to be part of the journey of this graceful ship from the beginning and are pleased that the high standard and exclusivity was also considered in the kitchen.

F 125 Nordrhein-Westfalen

The second ship (F223) from the Baden-Württemberg class was delivered.

MY Aviva

After a sporty morning on the ship's own tennis court, during a relaxing afternoon on the sun deck or while spending a cozy evening in the on-board cinema: excellent catering for owners and guests underline this special lifestyle and it requires exceptional equipment. We are happy to be part of this success story and wish continued good sailing!

F 125 Baden-Württemberg

With the Baden-Württemberg (F222), the German Navy receives the first of its four frigates. Bohnhoff's galley, which is fully equipped to military standards, supplies the 120-man regular crew and an additional 70 embarked personnel.

Aircraft carrier INS Vikrant P71

Built at Cochin Shipyard, the aircraft carrier INS Vikrant is already the second ship in this category for the Indian Navy. The 1500-person crew relies on shockproof and seawater-resistant equipment from Bohnhoff, which was specially developed for naval vessels.
