    Responsibilities:

    • Preparation of offers, calculations and smaller contract documents
    • Execution of purchase orders, preparation of delivery notes and pro forma and final invoices.
    • Independent, sales-oriented follow-up of offers
    • Maintenance and creation of new articles in the ERP-System
    • Project calculation
    • Organizing service calls in consultation with technicians and customers
    • Ordering of national and international shipments and pick-ups 

    Qualifications:

    • A business background / degree in business studies or similar
    • First sales experience in the industry
    • A strong "hands-on" mentality
    • Competent IT skills in MS Office and enterprise resource planning systems
    • Professional office mentality and high service orientation
    • A friendly and customer-oriented manner
    • A thorough and independent way of working
    • Business English spoken and written

  • Technical draftsman to support our technical documentation department (m/f)

    Responsibilities:

    • CAD file management for 2D and 3D drawings
    • Creation and maintenance of a library for a simplified generation of documentations
    • Creation of documentations consisting of: Installation instructions, operating instructions, circuit diagrams, spare parts lists
    • Creation of documentation for pre-sales, i.e.: collection and structuring of supplementary offer documentation
    • Preparation of dimensional drawings and outline drawings of catering equipment and furniture with mostly specified design drafts or detailed drawings in combination with existing elements of the CAD library
    • Changes to dimensional drawings, detail drawings and assembly drawings according to specifications
    • Creation of electrical schematics according to appropriately detailed specifications 

    Qualifications:

    • Successfully completed training as a technical draftsman / design draftsman / CAD specialist (m/f) or comparable qualification.
    • Profound knowledge in 2D drawing - e.g. with Revit, Autocad, Inventor
    • Preferable are first experiences in the preparation of technical documentation and dimensional drawings
    • Professional office mentality, technical understanding and highest attention to detail
    • High reliability as well as a thorough and independent way of working
    • Confident IT skills in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat
    • Fluent knowledge of German

    •  Design, optimization, and further development of brochures and marketing materials
    • Support in the visual and structural improvement of our website
    • Close collaboration with Sales, Technical Department, and Management to align design requirements
    • Ensuring a consistent, modern, and professional brand appearance

    Your Profile:

    • Current studies in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Media Design, or a comparable field
    • A strong eye for layout, typography, and visual design
    • Independent, structured, and creative way of working
    • Ideally, first experience in creating or revising technical documentation
